After reading up over the last few nights and taking on board what Scott and others have said, I think I'll try a front firing build. I drew up a design with around 2.7m line length and utilizing the whole front area of the cabinet for the mouth/exit, around 110x35 cm.
I'm guessing the siting location wd be between a 1/4 and 1/8 space, so maybe I shd work out the mouth maths on a 1/6 ratio.

Just to follow on, I havent read up fully on BIB's yet but my take is that maybe they wd work better as compact designs with sub augmentation. Less time smear and more wife friendly perhaps
