If your willing to lay out the cash for these bridge rectifiers, you should go with LT4320 active rectification. More efficient than than conventional BR's and almost no heat to dissipate, perfect for Class A amplifiers 😉.
They are not that expensive themselves, 10 bucks. The pucks I'm looking at, 30-40 bucks....

Where do you get those names anyhow? I mean a Plethora of Piñatas is funny, Babelfish is inscrutable, but.. but... your version of the SIT3 is weird.
May I ask what method/tools you used for tapping? I took a shortcut and just pushed a long screw through the HS connecting with a bolt on the other side. Tapping is a neater solution though!
