Thank you Mr. Perry yes i have 3 regulators of 5v and the drivers are mmbt4403 and mmbt4401 for each bank respectively and of these I found damaged one, but do I still have an output voltage of -50v any ideas or should I replace all the irf640n drivers? I don't think 6n137s are the cause of that or yes?

Since I see only a single regulator would that change the type of opto that is installed?

When the card is out you may see the negative voltage on the isolators and the regulator. I just finished up an audiopipe that has about the same layout and that negative voltage drove me crazy until I replaced the IC's on the drive board and got it reinstalled.

If it had only one SMD regulator, I'd expect it to be a completely different type of amplifier.

Ok I will try it .... I already corrected the voltage -69v in the speaker connection, now 1 of the 78m05 regulators presents me with those voltages that I show in the photographs and Mr. Twilliar could you help me with the name of the plate's ic just can to see the tl074c

this amplifier has 3 regulators, 2 are fed with 12v and deliver 5v the third party failed to understand why it has so much voltage

You have to place the black meter probe on the ground terminal of the regulator that you're measuring the input and output voltage on.

Well, it already gives me a correct reading, now what readings should I get in the irf640n pads before placing them?

I find it best to test the drive at the output FETs by discharging the rail caps, removing the rectifiers, cleaning the rectifier solder pads and installing the output transistors.

You won't get audio without the rectifiers. At this point, you're confirming that all output drive signals are as they should be.

What scope do you have?

You'd have to use that scope in differential mode to safely and effectively look at the drive signals.
