There are large pads on the bottom of the board to attach custom made RCA jacks mounts.

That assembly slides into 2 x 3" aluminum tubing, the board is attached to the bottom using six 1/4" standoffs. That locks the front plate in position.

The power access module has been modified with addition of threaded inserts.

You may have answered this in the original Patek thread, but I can't seem to find it.

Where do you get your perforated metal for the top of your "Patek" line? Metal supermarkets? What is the thickness and hole diameter?

The holes are 0.1" dia with a pitch of 0.190 and 0.330" (diamond pattern), 0.40 thick.

However, the DAC in a wooden enclosure sounds better, and even better without any enclosure (that's how I'm using mine).

I use 100 on a belt sander.

I am going to build both enclosures and see which I like best. Unfortunately, domestic arrangements require an enclosure.

Here it is. Please note that the RCAs openings are only good for Cardas lower line, with custom made attachment. For dual PCB mount, the hole location and size are different.
