I'm always amazed at how people with a simple problem will ask hundreds of people who don't know the answer instead of asking the person who does know the answer. A properly built SP14 is perfectly quiet, if not, it wasn't built correctly. Rather than waste dozens of hours of your time trying to fix something you don't know how to fix, why don't you let the person who designed it and has built several hundred of them fix it for you. It's usually a ten minute fix,
correcting a couple of ground wires (either extra or missing.)
