This looks to be turning into uk beer fest 2007... 😀

Only six months to go!

Although the gf doesn't understand my excitement. Guys, please bring your partners so they have company to b**** and moan about us and our DIY...(nothing a bottle of Gin can't usully fix anyway).

I don't know if Shin has mentioned it, but the venue has been booked for the 28th/29th July, so it's official.

I'm sure 6 months will fly by, so you should all start planning and prioritising the projects you need to finish by then...

Perhaps some random prizes for best DIYing? Be it build quality/amp sq/most interesting mods/crazy design etc. We'll give out Shin's Sol to each winner 😉

Is the Gin for you or her?

Yep lads, no pressure.

We'll give out Shin's Sol to each winner 😉

That's got to have been a typo, surely? 😀

Shinobiwan,
You too can spread the word and still maintain your online identity. I tried to make it subtle with a long paws at the end.

Might have to fix that - by bringing along some cider(s) from its spiritual home , zummerzet. Gurt lush!

NB to our foreign guests - some of this stuff will make you crave
1) a long lie-down in a darkened room, and
2)the Stegosaurs to stop jumping on your head.

Of course, foreign visitors are most welcome......................

to bring some of their own local brews for sampling !!!!!!!!!!

Sadly, this has become very difficult. I used to always slip a few bottles in my carry-on, but this is now forbidden. I have not had good experience with wine bottles in checked baggage. Shipping ahead runs into Customs issues. I'm open for suggestions- I'd be happy to bring some California product (the drinkable kind).
