OK! Everyone's on the way. A few requests:

1) Please let me know when the chips arrive, they're like my own little DIP children and I worry so until they find their homes.

2) Chips are in a static sleeve but with paper tape. Tape makes static when you peel, so please cut it open rather than peel. I don't know exactly how sensitive the AD1862 is but one previous GBer had problem that may have been static related so be safe rather than sorry. (see above about my little multi-legged children)
