It might be cheaper if all the UK & EU orders were shipped to one UK or EU address as this will avoid multiple expensive US to Europe shipping costs.
The postage from the UK to EU by insured postage is about £10 and there shouldn't be any vat or duties payable.

Bundling to one country would probably make sense for 6 chips going to the UK but US postage to the EU sounds about the same as UK: USD $14.50-18.50 depending on country for up to about 400g.
