Very sad to read this.
I've had some replies from him on my own (newbie) questions and every time I search for something on the forum, he have contributed in the thread.
I liked how instead of just giving you the correct answer, he would point in the right direction and force you to do the thinking yourself. He was a great teacher.
Rest in peace Andrew, you will be missed.

Oh, wow! I only just discovered this news. Condolences to all who knew him personally. He'll certainly be missed here.
This was done quite some time ago and was well received by the family.Hello
can some how be passed on to his family ?
.... all these nice posts can some how be passed on to his family ? ... they show a great sense of comradery which is the spirit of friendship and community in a group such as ours....
I knew almost nothing about Andrew outside the forum, but thought that his family might like to read the outpouring of good wishes here.
This morning I received an email from Andrew's sister Nadia. Apparently Andrew's passing was sudden, within 2 weeks of his diagnoses.
Nadia would like everyone here to know that all the responses are appreciated.
Nadia says: "I have just received and read the online forum condolences for my brother Andrew. It took my breath away, and I am sure the family will get some comfort from this."
RIP AndrewT
Shocking News, I just saw it today. We will miss you dear brother. You was one of the greatest contributor of this Forum. Rest in Peace Brother.

Sad news, AndrewT was a big part of the community and having him post in one of your threads made it feel "official". So long AndrewT.
Within my first few days of becoming a member, Andrew taught me how to calculate low corner frequency. Basic stuff, but he shared it without condescension.
F-3dB = 1 / 2PiRC
Thanks, Andrew.

Andrew- thank you for sharing so much of your knowledge over these many years! You will be missed here and elsewhere. Heartfelt condolences to friends and family.
Very sorry to hear this. AndrewT helped me many times, wanting nothing in return. His sharing of knowledge was to the benefit of the community, and he always put safety first. Cheers AndrewT, and thanks for all you've done.
Today I find out about such a pitiful loss.
Virtual friend, you have contributed so much with your knowledge.
You left, but your contributions remain.
Goodbye friend.
Thank you very much.

If you asked me to start naming people from the forum, off-hand without looking, AndrewT would be on that list as he was a very memorable, frequent, poster. Best wishes to his family.
