Very Sad News. He always helps. People always remember you through the music which is flowing from the musci systems they built with the help of you.
Seven years I am a member of this forum and this is my first post. I am very saddened by the news of the death of the respected members of this forum... Thank you for the great knowledge you have given us.

Always helpful and a wealth of knowledge, AndrewT, you will be missed. I am still looking for a photo of one of your amps. 🙂

Crossed swords with AndrewT on many occasions regarding electrical safety/grounding. Despite coming from different directions I respected him a lot as he always was a gentleman. A gentleman with a lot of knowledge not taking safety for granted. It is sad to learn he has passed away. My condolences to his family and friends.

Well it is very sad to hear this. A lot of us are at that age where the people we know are dying every few months.🙁
Andrew was patient and knew how to make people think. He knew how to gauge his answer to someone's level of understanding. He had good ideas for people from beginners to experienced engineers. His contributions were valuable to this community.

Andrew's Family
I knew almost nothing about Andrew outside the forum, but thought that his family might like to read the outpouring of good wishes here.
This morning I received an email from Andrew's sister Nadia. Apparently Andrew's passing was sudden, within 2 weeks of his diagnoses.
Nadia would like everyone here to know that all the responses are appreciated.
Nadia says: "I have just received and read the online forum condolences for my brother Andrew. It took my breath away, and I am sure the family will get some comfort from this."
RIP AndrewT

Andrew toured South Africa last year September/ October and said he enjoyed it a lot, would have love to have met him. I once got some lip from him after spelling whiskey i.s.o whisky as in Scottish whisky.🙂
R.I.P Andrew, you will be missed!!
