UnderstoodSpeakers can withstand higher power than nominal ratings for short term peaks but eventually it'll be destroyed after long abuse. Mainly the surrounding & cone.
I think so also. From my understanding regulated power supply is the best option for TDA2030A & your preamp. It'll not take much of the space, two regulator for positive & negative supply rails. 1000uf before the regs & 1uf film after. Small but thick to-220 heatsink with vertical fins will be adequate.
Original germanium transistors (power stage pair) were cooled by the chassis, I wonder if regulators could be also...

Heat sinking - bolt the power IC (and regulators, if used) to a piece of angle aluminum, and use that to mount the whole perfboard to the chassis. You will need to use TO-220 sil-pads, kapton or mica insulators - whatever is on hand or easy to get. Keeping the power semi’s board mounted is better than running wires all over. Check for shorts to heat sink before soldering the parts into the rest of the circuit. And do all your “machine shop” work and check for fit first, before soldering anything.
And if you get a spot of white thermal grease on the baseboard, it will migrate to the ceiling in a matter of hours. Keeping it off everything (including clothes) is a fool’s errand. That’s why I prefer sil-pads (greaseless).

Will find something...
Lm7809 & Lm7909 would be good regulators for this project right?
Just 1000uF between greatz and regulator?

Ok, would it hurt if I use positive rail also for analog part of a tuner?
I didn't measure yet, but probably less than 100mA... I would still need to drop another volt for it tho... 8v... maybe if I use 7808 seperately?

Yes. Separately regulate the tuner. Since this is no longer going to be one nice compact integrated layout that was co-designed, you just want to minimize potential for unintended interactions.
Yep, that's the one. Very good tuner with i2c compared with everything else a DIYer could get. Even this one doesn't have datasheet, but one russian did the i2c analisys to get instruction bits and I found out instruction bits for mono mode.
If anyone in need of FM tuner that can be controlled with MCU, this is what I recommend.
