Actually i see the JLA-1500 has better measurement, but at listening what it gives the best sound ?
Haven't tried to listen to it on stereo, I will have a listening session after I tried to put the housekeeping supply. Also JLE-1500D's measurements might also improve. Also inductor used has large impact on THD measurements, specially when I use Micrometals T130-2, around 3x higher.

Bridged JLA-250D on 8 ohms load (10 seconds only, to check for headroom)
Unloaded rail voltage +/- 86V DC
Rail voltage on 1.1KW output = +/- 70.2V DC
If power supply like SMPS is regulated (very stiff and does not drop on high power load), the modules can attain the same power with only +/-70VDC rail supply.

94vrms @8ohms very impressive.
Thank you, I used JLA-250D V2 for the tests, the one with black PCB, and T130-2 inductors so THD is higher than the ones using Coilcraft VER2923.
Rail voltage is +/- 86V DC. Uses IRFB5620, deadtime on IRS2092 set to DT3.
Attached are the THD measurements of bridged JLA-250D V2. The "grass" and 60hz mains harmonics are due to my "poor" linear supply, it only uses 2pcs 6800uF and paralleled KBPC3510. I'll acquire an SMPS next time so I can make better THD measurements.
Unfortunately, a visitor dropped by so I wasn't able to continue past 500W, i'll publish 800W and 1000W next weekend.

Low THD on low power levels, mostly K2 dominant. Didn't continue past 2R 500W, THD is over 1%, looks like inductor is saturating, high power low impedance load will measure better on 1D31A output inductor. (It is compatible)

Populating boards for QA400 interface and balanced line driver.
Balanced line driver uses THAT 1646 Outsmart IC and a single opamp buffer (like LME49710)
Interface for soundcard - THD Audio Analyzer, protects the soundcard from DC and large output signals from amplifier. Up to 90Vrms input. Uses THAT 1200p08-u, and dual opamp (like LME49720)
Both uses 5V 500mA to +/-15V isolated DC-DC converter. Can be powered from 500mA USB port or powerbank.
External +/-15V can be used instead of isolated DC-DC converter, all pins are spaced 2.54mm so terminal blocks can be used. Same with BNC connectors.

Soundcard interface now available on my eBay page.
Default attenuation of -6dB, also noise floor penalty is 3dB, so you will lose some -9dB from original noise floor loopback measurement of soundcard.
Loopback of QA400 at -6dBV input.

Output of QA400 is 1dBV = 1.12Vrms, attenuated by interface by -6dBV resulting to 544mVrms output going back to QA400.
Sample measurements on TPA3106 at 10W 8 ohms load.

Actually the JLA-800D as better THD measurement on 8R 10W than the JLA-800S, but concerning the sound tell us waht is you preferred and what is the difference ?
The JLE-800S module that I used for testing uses T130-2 inductor, hence the higher THD numbers. I will make measurements with a module that uses Coilcraft VER2923-223KL.
I prefer the sound of JLE-800S with T130-2 inductor but maybe I'm just bias with my new design.
