Look up Whammerdyne. There other companies too.
I have heard the Whammerdynes myself.
And . . .
Lots of independent designer/builders I know, for their own or for their friends use.
Get ready for Big, Heavy, and $$$$.

If you don't mind a little sand in your glass then this one: https://neurochrome.com/pages/dg300b@tomchr which schematic would you suggest for a good 300B SET?
An alternative could be the Tubelab SE or SSE. Get the boards while you can: https://www.diyaudio.com/community/...sing-operations-as-of-the-end-of-2023.400691/
The OPT makes a big difference. I've tried Edcor CXSE and Electra-Print with good results. I would trust Monolith too. I hear Toroidy in Poland delivers good toroidal OPTs too.

Nah... There has to be some of 'yourself' in DIY, right? 😉 I don't give my work away. I don't think that would be fair to those who paid good money for those boards a few year ago. You can easily build it point-to-point. I did it for the prototype.Would you be willing to share the brd files so I can have a set of PCBs manufactured?

I still don't understand the use of sand with tubes in the active parts of circuit.
It is my limit but when it is involved the 300B a simply but efficent driver makes a great help.
And the dg300B is one of the worst I even seen until today.
4,4 mA for the 6N6 for driver stage!! I have some doubt with the right bias point
