My fans arrived and seem to fit the Dell coolers perfectly. They are the 80mm size. Currently, I set them up under my MoFo and they are VERY quiet. LEGO’s always come in handy🙂

I haven't settled on a way to fasten them to the coolers yet, I've got a couple ideas though. They come with silicone "feet" on the corners so you can stand them up or lay them flat on top of a component. Here is the link:

I love the lego fan stand, that's awesome!
I wonder if making a mounting bracket for the fans to mount on iso mounts (silicone spongy grommets or something) to the chassis baseplate might be better? You could mount them securely enough and with proper damping to help any vibration related issues, and not have to try and mount to the rather thin and delicate fins of the heatsinks.

That should be fine. It’s an RF interference filter so you can calculate cutoff frequency with 2k2 in series. 330pF gives 220kHz - should be fine to let high slew rate audio through and keep out RF.

Yes, both of those are 1uF MKS bypass caps for the big electrolytics.
The PCBs that JPS64 designed look great. Perhaps one of the prettiest PCBs I have seen. The double thick copper with ENIG finish and blue solder mask work real well together on 2mm thick board. But the star of the show is the crazy intense number of vias that connect parallel thick traces on both sides of the board for the high current flows and the ground plane.
Here are some photos of the boards and a closeup of the backside. I am afraid to ask how many vias that is and how many drill bits may have been used to make all of them?

JPS64 put some reallly nice touches on it: one of my favorites is the choice of spade connectors or flying leads (for the Pass forum diehards) for the power supply and speaker output connections. UMS compliant MOSFET and standoff positions is also another great feature. Options for NP0 SMT caps or silver mica on C105 and C113 are also great choices to have. Nice job JPS64!
