The dot on the opamp indicates pin #1 position (if you look at the opamp from the side it’s flat on one side and slanted on the other; the slanted side indicates pins 1-4). The white triangle "should" mean position/pin #1 of the opamp is placed there. If you want to be sure, check continuity between that solder pad and pin #1 on the adapter. It looks correct as is..
