Vitaly was referring to the pins that go into the DIP8 socket, not the adapter pcb.
Look closely at the picture you posted, those are square header pins and are to big to fit into a DIP8 socket. You need machined pins like these:

I too bought adapters for SOIC and smaller opamps and the adapters came with square pins. I bought new DIP sockets that take square pins on ebay

I exchanged the 627 for the 1656 ...
By swapping it, the bass has become less, but it has a clean treble, middle and bass ... At the moment the 1656 is my favorite ...🙂🙂
All parts are there now and just need to be soldered ...
Now I have time......😀😀
