Hi there, I finally got time to finish it. It works fine, but I hear some power supply hum and noise on 50 & 100 Hz. I use a simple power supply design just like Doug Self uses on his designs. I think I have to add a Low Pass filter to the power supply but I don't want to add a resistor between reservoir capacitors. I found another schematic on Supra phono preamp design on Elektor that put the low pass filter at the end with a transistor. Any suggestion on adding a low pass filter? Also is the L1 ( common mode choke) necessary here for EMI filtering? Because I don't have a problem with that.
