for those like me who haven't used the Wiki in a while there is an edit tab near the top to allow you to register your interest.
I 'm confused with the edit feature so don't want to mess it up.I'm interestred in 4 filter boards.
Would these have the discrete opamp?
In any case, I'd be interested in 8 boards. I could not sign up at the GB page.

No pinout is for Dual IC opamps.Would these have the discrete opamp?

Can you post a pic of the board?
Hi Bob,
I'm considering Active Filter 4 to be the source for a pair of amplifiers that would power a pair of 10" woofers in a "W" baffle arrangement. Said another way: one line output provides signal for 2 separate amplifiers.
Should I alter either the output of the x-over or the input of the amps for compatibility?

Hi Ed,
Depending on the opamps you use there should be no problem driving a pair of amps. I would think an OPA2134 would have no trouble driving a pair of most single ended amps.

Can i put the active filter in a old tuner with spare room, or would the tuner circuit radiate to much?
I guess if depends on how much that tuner radiates. I have used the boards unenclosed without issue so I suspect that you'll be fine.
Did anybody make a 3way filter from these modules?
(and did it work?)/How is it supposed to be connected???
Have tried 2 times, both only produced some oscillation :-(
(Have wasted 8 boards (& parts) by now...)

I have used them in a 3 way cascaded config. with crossover points of one set of boards at 400hz and the other set of boards at 2.2 k.The hi pass outputs of the 400hz boards fed the inputs of the 2.2k boards.Did anybody make a 3way filter from these modules?

Would you please reveal how you connected them & jumper-positions?
Have tried with a 600Hz + 5k board, tried complete, bypassing input and/or output-buffer, ++ -no go.

Jumper JP13 has#1and 2 jumpered together for low pass +hi pass and both JP8 and JP15 with #1 and 2 jumper because I used 4th order slopes. The main input from preamp was into input buffer of the 400hz board, with the low pass output of it feeding the bass amp and the hi pass out feeding the input buffer of the 2.2k board. The low pass output of the 2.2k board feeds the midrange amp while the hi pass of the 2.2k unit feeds the tweeter amp.

Why would you need new opamps?Assuming you still have the boards together with opamps already installed.

Then cascading two 2way networks as I describe (with 1 and 2 jumpered on JP13) should work fine.Never had any problems building 2-way versions...(built several)
