If you really want two boards, you could check out Olimex (http://olimex.com/pcb/index.html), they charge $33 for a 160x100 board, nicely fitting two of these boards. If you want more boards, OurPCB (http://www.ourpcb.com/price.php) has some nice prices on 10 boards, although there's a lot of wasted board space with these 12.5sqin boards.
I haven't tried any of these yet, but I've heard and seen good things about them, and will be trying them both very soon.

In Holland PSD are happy to make your pcb from anything from drawing to gerber.
Their rates are reasonable.

Advanced Circuits will sell to individuals, but they may not give an individual the discount. I made up a name for my "company" but was very clear that I was buying for a worldwide group of DIYers, not a business.
Good pricing and quality.

i might have some spare boards and opamps (OPA2134) as the project I'm doing for a friend is likely to be abandoned (too expensive).
I can let you know within 2 or 3 weeks.

Group Buy
I am researching doing another group buy for these boards and will update this thread when I get prices back from the board houses. If there is enough interest I will go through with it and start collecting info from interested parties.
Thanks,
Donovan

I'd be interested in 4 to possibly 6+ boards if you do get enough interest and are able to do another group buy 🙂
BobEllis said:Odd order filters were not covered in the manual. There are a few things I'd like to add. I guess I need another trip with long airport layovers to update it.
Here is a way to make an odd order filter on the AF4 board.
![]()
In case the notation is not obvious, the part numbers missing the component symbol are omitted, and the red lines indicate jumpers. Low pass is similar.
The jumper and omission seems not to be the same thing than in the manual:
From Active Filter 4 manual:
"If you need an odd order filter, determine the value of C4 as above, jumper R14
and C3 while omitting R6 and R19."
You do not say to omit C11. Is this an error. Does C11 has to be omitted for odd order filters?
C11 is there to roll off the HF gain when using R14, R19 to adjust the Q of the section. In this case it would be shorted out by the R14 jumper so there is no need for it.

In the manual, you suggest :
"For the local bypass, you can use any brand and tolerance 100 nF polyester film caps.
For those needing more guidance, start with Panasonic FC and Wima MKT2."
I did not find MKT2......but I found Wima MKP2.
Is it OK?

MKP1837 might be of interest
Are there size limitations? An option available until next Monday morning:

IIRC, the space for bypass caps is 3 x 7.5 mm, with 5 mm spacing. Not a lot of room, unless you put them on the bottom of the board.
Re: Group Buy
Yes, I'd be interested in another group buy.
