the spec of RHRP15120 are:
Hyper fast with Soft Recovery. . <65ns
• Reverse Voltage . ....1200V

I build B500 triple darligtron, work 3600w 2ohms +180 +120 +60 0 -60 -120 - 180dc( 3 steps vertex)

Add 6k8/2W in series with R26(6k8) and limiter will work with 180V rail, and can you post some pictures of your amp?

same ckt h900 v2,
but with tripple ef output 7 pair,same arrangement as chestap or irvynjay vertex,
using original apex 4 pair is so good,but using more output require different arrangement to avoid very long heatsinking,irvynjay step lay out can be use,the one he use in vertex
