how did BD 681 COME its darlington transistor i think final pcb design be like soerdjanto TEF PCB but no protection on pcb

R23 must be wrong. 2k2 could be a better value.
The Vbe multiplier output voltage should be around 2400mV, when output bias is set 5mV.

R23 is OK, the Vbe multiplier output voltage with darlington should be around 3600mV max.

340 bias transistor without preset personally i would like to have preset for biasing
i plan to have 8 pairs in output pcb i post is for trial only i will design pcb with output and drivers on both sides so please can you help me

Follow schematic with darlington BD681 and 10k preset for biasing, and I suggest balanced input like in BX500 with volume pot.
