ROFL good one, that last part 😀facultatea nu te invata cum sa faci ci sa stii unde sa cauti, sau in cazul vostru, numarul de tel al celui care stie.
I am curious as to which IR app note the designs are based on?
IF you send out the board and schematics by mail, what is to prevent the cloners from buying one too, and dup the new version 2?
Unless you have a unique part or two anyone can make copies for mass production.
Do a great job and charge a fair price and you will have business.....
What goes around comes around later....

I second that - thanks!
The very soon release of our project. SMPS for solid state and tubes, ver.2
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
From the version 1 we have improved our design as follow:
- very short path between capacitors and choppers (reducing EMI)
- very short path between IR2110 and gate choppers
- splitting control ground from chopper ground
- improved current protection
- remote control
- 110V and 220V operation
- flexibility - pcb will accept different types/sizes of capacitors
- litzwire winding for greater efficiency
- low loss EPCOS ferrite core
- +/-50V with fine trimming or +350V
- regulated + 9or12or15V and -9or12or15V or two regulated +6,3or12V at 1A
Regards,
Tibi

We had few minor pcb mistakes which have been corected and we'll release gerbers (from corrected version 1) to public domain. 😉
We are preparing pcb version 2 which will be more flexible and probably partially monted (SMD parts).
The new board will allow tube fanatics to have a SMPS source as well. 😀

Tibi
there is no shrt circuit protection out there, either current limit before shut down, i can offer that in return for two pcbs. if you wish

Version 2 have short circuit/current limit protection. You may see block schematic on vicol-audio web site, under products -> 1KW audio SMPS.

5. wind second primary part, 12 turns.
You may add an copper shielding. I didn't had copper foil so ...
The trafo is ready to be mounted.
