nice is your decision to do a pcb for this amplifier-i would really like to have these files for it,and i also plan to do a pcb for it but for outputs in line and a bit smaller power.
judging by the SOA you don´t have trouble with any supply voltage-those transistors can give 2A at 70V and 3A at 60V,so you could feed it with +/-80V (and maybe even more) with 4 Ohm load-that could give about 500-600W of power. those transistors are killers(really powerfull) and it is not strange that they ae a bit expencive. take a look at SOA:

did that and lost it and it took me 1 hour to make,i just couldnt concentrate on what i was doing
make a copy of a scheme on a paper,take notes and overwrite every component that you have noted,that is the only way i can do it. i have never done part list from screen of a PC,same problem as your´s...
