Mile sir,
For Step driver, can I use MUR3060 instead of BYV42 ? MUR1640 is also unavailable please reply soon...
MUR3060PT IS A DUAL DIODE,
TRY IRF2807,1407,3710
MUR3060PT IS A DUAL DIODE,
TRY IRF2807,1407,3710
MUR1640 is 400V 16A Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifier TO220 package
BYV42 is 200V 30A Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifier TO220 package
MUR3060 is 600v 30A TO218 package Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifier
all these are Dual diodes which are necessary for a proper working TL072 step driver.
IRF2807 is 75V Single N-channel HexFET Power MOSFET in a TO-220 pack.
so are IRF1407,3710.
I am just worried about the package and recovery time of MUR3060
The recovery time of MUR1640 and MUR3060 almost same 60ns. BYV42 takes 30ns.
I am thinking over Package difference of TO218 and TO220. So needed an experts help.
nazirdigi, I m hardly going to jump from ultra fast dual diodes to mosfets this time.. hope you could realize before what you post next time.

Nice work, but rail voltage to amp must be connect from caps, not from bridge rectifier.
