I suggest the Triac shorting circuit be moved from output to supply rails.

I think in a future amplifier pcb will integrated with protection circuit, in that case anyone who build amplifier must build protect also. Maybe PSU and heatsink will be on pcb also...
Hi..Apex...in protect TR BD241 can replace with another TR?? Because very hard to find in my place..Example replace with TIP41..

You ca use H900 as B500, just put jumper D-S on place fets, and use only HV rails.And this PA 900 without step up driver, because very hard to find IR 2117. I will try to PA500:

3. So, I painting from silk sceening to PCB
4. Finally, etchink with ferryclorida..

that is not a ordinary silk screen embosed ink
Do not powering up without heatsink, drivers transistor work in class A.apex

Don't forget wire jumper on coper side pcb.
Don't forget to connect input GND.
Use 150R 20W on primar ac transformer.
U can use 100R instead fuses, I don't, but I made 1600 amplifiers still now.
Check DC offset before connect speakers, use 100uF bipolar if U want test amplifier without protect.
