4" to 5" speaker suggestion for fullrange MLTL build with some more bass??

You seem to be running out of options because of these limitations. MA or not - get a proper amp. The better the amp the better the speakers sound.

Consider this:
Pluvia 7 in half-tower MLTL build
And cover the driver with a grill.

Cat is also in da house... He likes clothes, also on grills. Already checked with his claws every different piece of cloth.

Imho, amps are important but overrated. Audiosciencereview.com kinda confirms this. The only real thing I want is not to have crackle when turning it on (some quality and 2020 year functions, like... remote, bt and similar)

Why not a W5-2143 in a TABAQ? There is a sim for it in the TABAQ thread. A friend of mine built a pair, they sound amazing!

The driver is €71.45 on Soundimports: Buying a Tang Band W5-2143 woofer? - SoundImports

I think the W5-2143 is one of the best full range drivers with deep bass, good sensitivity, and very nice mids and highs. It should work exceptionally well in a MLTL. I think there is a Tabaq design already built and tested.

If that's the only thing you care about an amp, why not just get a cute soundbar to place under the TV and be done with it! 😀

No crackle, a remote, BT, and some quality. Done! 🙂

Bjorn's sim attached for your convenience! And someone posted a planset here: TABAQ TL for Tang Band

Just made a quick MLTL prototype for the SBA 5x8.
I just added a tweeter with only a 2.2uF cap on it to fill in the highs. It would need to be padded down a hair, but the responses have been... surprising!

1st measurement is taken at about 1m, 2nd measurements is at listening position to add the port and room gain to the mix.

I like where this is going.....
