Have written an email to product@kec.co.kr some days ago where to buy 2000 pcs KTC3503 and 2000 pcs KTA1381.

The KTA1381/c3503 show a high Cob of ~4.6pF @ 10Vce
The front page states 2.6pF and 3.1pF @ 30Vce
Something wrong with the datasheet?
And this is higher than a 2sc3503 which is shown as 3.3pF @ 10Vce.

Besides the 2SA1381/2SC3503, it seems to me that 2SA1371/2SC3468 (TO-92L) and 2SA1380/2SC3790 (TO-126ML) are essentially the same transistors in different packagings. Their datasheets look mostly the same except in dissipation and ASO.

Besides the 2SA1381/2SC3503, it seems to me that 2SA1371/2SC3468 (TO-92L) and 2SA1380/2SC3790 (TO-126ML) are essentially the same transistors in different packagings. Their datasheets look mostly the same except in dissipation and ASO.
2SA1380/2SC3502 is OK just a bit lower dissipation but equally hard to find.
2SC3790 is complement with 2SA1480 also excellent choice.
I have 1500 pairs of Fairchild KSA1381E/KSC3503E for sale. Both are same gain group but one have gain 125-145 and the other one have 155-175. Very easy to get very close N-N and P-P matched pairs. But close matched N-P pair is difficult.

For the 2SA1380/2SC3502, Ampslab has them.
For myself, I went cheap and went to taobao to buy 100 pairs 2SA1480/2SC3790 (minimum order amount) at ~USD$0.1 per piece. I reckon that particular packaging is less common (seems only Sanyo uses it) and the price is rock bottom.
They turn out to be OK on Locker's curvetracer.

KSA1381E are still available from fairchild. I have more as 2000 of them on (private) stock. hFe ranges from 127 - 152
KSC3503D are also available from fairchild semi. Also more as 2000 on (private) stock. hFe ranges from 72 - 81.
KSA1381 and KSC3503 F-grade are wanted at a reasonable price from a second source like KEC (KTC3503-Y or KTA1381-Y), not from private stock ...
Why not just buy the original Fairchild 2SC3503F/2SA1381F?

I entered "taobao 2sa1480/2sc3790" into google and a page came back showing many dozens of differently priced options in chinese.
Varying from 0.80 to 9.80
I tried to use Google translate by adding the page address into the google translate, but that has got stuck at "loading description"

I have 120 pairs of E grade, all 1381E have hfe 120-130, all 3503E 160-170, ZERO matched pair.

But it also enlightens us on the very tight tolerance of the process to produce so many in that narrow hFE band.
I think there are three Members reporting something similar.

you are right. There is a relatively big difference in Cob graph compared to the overall data ...
We need some real parts to compare ... but KEC doesn't answer ...

Measuring cob ?
I obtained some KTA1381Y (hFE 148-180) and KTC3503Y (hFE 115-118) directly from KEC.
Could a guru please explain how to measure cob on these devices?
