It's getting close. This may be it.
And it's mirror imaged left and right channels, all on one board. 🤓

I decided that I've looked at board design long enough so I have ordered five boards for testing. I went with cheap shipping again so they will probably arrive after Christmas.
Hello Lvandoorn,
Thank you for your offer, I accept with pleasure. Let me know how I can participate in the shopping via PM.

Ben,
did you design a PS board? Caps are getting difficult to find and those 5 pin jobbies are showing up...are you still using the 50volt 2 pin Caps?
cheers

I am re-doing my existing monoblocks so I am re-using the existing power supply and just changing the polarity.
I just looked at the Mouser website and they have 50V 15mF and 22mF available in two pin, 35mm diameter and 10mm pin spacing.
The five pin capacitors are more common for 80V, and I already have a PS board for that. But no, I have not designed a PS board for 35mm diameter, two pin capacitors. Is there demand?

I made a run of PS boards for the singing bush done by R. Thatcher but there 5 pin jobs & those 63v are twice the $$ than those 50V 2 pin caps at mouser. Your PS design in this thread uses 50V.....just wondering (trying to keep overall size down) if those are acceptable for your amp in this thread. Demand is based on available caps I suppose....
Here is my original power supply: Power Supply
I will be swapping the choke to the negative side to convert it to a V- supply. Note the voltages.

The V- allows the drain of the SIT to be at Ground, which makes the amplifier quieter, not that my V+ supply amps are noisy. I don't hear any noise from my 103dB speakers, but V- is supposed to be better, so why not? Its diy. 🙂
The PS board in my monoblocks were from ebay (cheap), which I modified to add the choke.
I suppose I could do up a simple four in a row cap board for two pin capacitors. 🙂

I've designed one board for my Mr. MR Ultralite and it was a bear figuring out the pin out for the 6sn7....at least for the sockets I was using.
Here is the original V+ power supply revised to output V-,

Ben, your a monster….Holy cow! You must be having fun.
I would gladly take Gerbers.
I’ll send you some when done.
Cheers

I was happy with the mid-board stand-offs interfering with the choke and jumper connections so I made a revision. It should be good to go now.
I will not be getting boards done for myself since I do not need them, but if you are willing to take the chance, I will send Gerbers to you, and to anyone else that wants them.
