I tried different value for VR1, and was able to get it work at about 7.16V for 33-1/3 rpm.

If there is a set available I'll definitely take a motor and PCB.
My email is paul@duxfield.com, I'm in New Zealand but just send me your payment details and I'll get the money into your account or how ever you wish to be paid.
Cheers
Paul
Nameci, still no news from you. If I don't hear drom you soon, I'll sell your parts to someone else. Sorry, I don't want to get stuck with unsold parts...
Only 1-2 PCB , 2-3 motors left
For those who may buy one of the last motor, if there is no more PCB, I can make one of my very good quality FR4 PCB, silver plated, for the same price, so you can still use the motor...

If Nameci get back to me in a few days, I sold all the PCB. Otherwise, I'll have 1 left. 2 Motors left...

Nanook and Paudux still didn't reply to my messages. Hurry guys, you'll be almost the last ones. Thanks Nameci for the payment.
By the way I still have one parts kit available. Paudux been in New Zeland, it may be a good thing for your to get it.

If I receive confirmation for the two last members Ece and Val, there would be no more parts available except the custom pulley.

The Pulley Decison Time
Hi Everyone. As you probably knew from the thread, the standard pulleys Teres or BIX are too small to support 33-1/3 rpm & 45 rpm with this controller/motor design. To support both speeds, the controller needs a custom pulley with a diameter of about 17mm.
Greg Nuspel is working on the custom pulley and will offer both design, tape and/or string. Prices are not out yet but I asked him to match the Teres price of 25$ or better if possible, I will post detailled design pdf once the design is completed. Greg will make a prototype for me to try before production.
Greg will do a production run of the pulleys, so I can supply you with the custom pulley instead.
It will be made of aluminium T6 treated material to prevent oxidation and platter deposit. It also offers great strenght and it is light.
It will be manufactured to really thights tolerances, offer a thru hole and can be mounted using two opposite set screws as recommended by Vinyl-Addict. So it will be easy to remove without motor damage.
SO THE BIG QUESTION:
All of you, you need to confirm me by email what pulley do you want the Teres/BIX or the custom Tape or String Pulley.
My recommendation: Go for the custom pulley. It will be a one time offer, support both speed, it is easy to install/remove.
Later, if you want to try, you can always get at any time the Teres or the BIX one directly from them.
It won't be the case with this pulley.
So reply by email with your choice.
Thanks...

Here some detailled drawings of the proposed pulleys. Nice work Greg and tanks everyone for you input on this design. It is more or less a reproduction of the original design by Vynil-Addict, but split in two different type to reduce the pulley size and mass. It also includes Vinyl-Addict suggestion of the two opposite set screws installtion method.

Hi Bas. You will need to pay for the new pulleys order. Wait until I got price confirmation, then you can send me the money.
Thanks...
Thanks...
Walter Burkhard reserved 2 PCB's beginning of October. Since then, Walter I sent you 4 emails asking for payment. Is it possible to reply by email and make the payment to my PayPal account?
Thanks...
Thanks...
I just measured my platter (Nottingham Space Deck) and it is 14". I think this is one of the larger diameter platters out there. I just figured I'd post this information in case anyone cares.
