2007 Maxon Motor Group Buy

I used a one of my turntable record clamp that has a strobe marking on it as speed measurement device. Using a 60Hz flashing light source (like all normal incadenscent lamp) I can check that the speed is exactly 33 and 45 rpm. This strobe is good for 50 or 60 Hz.

Here the complete PCB ver 2.0 schematic.

Mikewong: Unfortunatly this groupd buy is closed and all parts are sold. If there is enough interest I may (with Greg help) start an other GB. This time it would be a simpler project with a lot less option: PCB/motor/pulley only. You take care of the rest. I'll keep your name on file and get back to you if we start an other GB.

I'm back from New York. Great holiday with the familly. We went by train. I took us 15 hours to get back to Montreal, Canada  I managed to catch a bad cold but that's it.

Sent XAQ kit today. I'm waiting for the final payment for two other kits.

Greg will complete the pulleys anodization tomorrow and send them by courrier to me.

Asked Killowatski for the plates shipping cost. No reply yet.

I'll start contacting you for the shipping and latest options pretty soon.
Things should start to move smoothly from here as soon as I get all the parts to ship at last.

I just completed the draft version of the PCB assembly instructions.
I may be of some use to some of you guys...

Received the custom top plates. Thanks Guy for your hard work.

Shipped two more kits today.

Glad to have helped the group buy out. I learned a thing or two about writing G-Code for a large milling machine. Thank you Sylvain for sponsoring the group buy.

FYI.....The top plates were milled on a Haas VF-2
