Layout fpr schematic of post #26

I am sharing a layout for the schematic of post 26 by Wahab... I can share the component labels when I figure out how to edit them in Sprint Layout, until then, refer to the schematic. I have changed the diff amp to 2N5551's, replaced the diodes in the ccs for the vas with an LED, and added some caps around the supplies, as well as caps on the predrivers if they are needed for stability.

I hope the vas will survive 48v rails, because I have some higher voltage drivers and output transistors that I would like to try.

Hello Aniket ,
Thanks for multisim file, but you have simulated it only on 20 HZ. when increase frequency range it shows lots of distortion, and ultimately collapses, please check.

@vedmitraa,
"but you have simulated it only on 20Hz".............. where I have shown??????
Read post http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/240814-120-watt-amp-2-ohm-loud-2n3055-6.html#post3616219 again. I never simulated on 20Hz.

Hi Aniket,
Will You please recheck your Mulisim Simulation on higher frequencies than on 20 Hz, 1Khz, 10khz and 20 khz, it shows lots of distortionon higher frequencies and collapses.

I had posted results for 100Hz, 1kHz and 20kHz. read post http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/240814-120-watt-amp-2-ohm-loud-2n3055-6.html#post3616219 twice. If you still don't get this, read it whole day.
Now please would you recheck your simulator. I am using multisim version12.

Hi Hadighorbani,

Quasi's Nbip amplifier would also serve your purpose well. A number of schematics are already proposed earlier in this thread. Your load is 2 ohm, so i assume that you need a subwoofer amp or for low frequency amplification.

So here's my try for the components you specified. All BC556/546 for input stage, BD139/140 for VAS and predrivers, TIP41C drivers and 2N3055 outputs. It's TEF configuration, LTP runs at 2.5mA, VAS at 8mA, drivers at 20mA and +/-30V supply. It's based on Self's blameless amplifier and is very stable in simulation. THD figures are 0% @100Hz, 0%@1kHz and 0.005%@20kHz 130W into 2R.

Regards,
Aniket

Simulation results are attached. look carefully.
