If you can manage to install 5W resistor in vertical then thats ok, i'll put a hole tonight in the center of PCB between caps.

rail voltage +/-50v. i have not correctly measured bias. i tried to measure voltage accross one of the output resistor but got no reading. i think amp worked in class B.

AX14 will work with +/-56V DC rail voltage.

will there be any difference in sound quality using mosfet instead of bjt freq resp THD etc...
