sorry for my english, 'local speakers' I mean the speaker of domestic production and not including the high class speakers.
this is my AX16

and this is AX16 with PSU + Protect, transformer 5A CT 45V

Nice work, this PSU already have short-circuit protect you don't need overcurrent detect from AX16. With this PSU you can use AX14.
Regards

whats the different between ax14 and ax16, output power how much? how is the sound quality.
if u can pls share the top and bottom pcb layout in pdf format.
yes sir but next i want build AX500 and use protectors such in use h900 protector, that's the reason why i build lay out AX16 because make it easier to add a pair of transistors final.Nice work, this PSU already have short-circuit protect you don't need overcurrent detect from AX16. Overcurrent detector is add on AX16, that is only different between AX14 and AX16.
i think this is f100 psu. am i correct?

Yes, but this PSU with protect can be use for any stereo amp around 100W power per channel.
another one question.
how to check the ampere of the transformer on output. there mension in the transformer how much ampere. but what is the actual ampere in the transformer.

can i use bt139 instead of mac224?
BT139 can be use instead MAC224, and I suggest this circuit.

Interesting... I've never seen such a weird application of an SCR before!

in this two images the zobel section pcb there are two caps 47nf/250v and 100nf/250v which one is correct?

For this amp use 47nF for most other amps use 100nF.

Actually it's very usual circuit.

Yes QSC and many other amps use this protect, it's blow supply fuses and speaker is safe from dc.
