Hey dear Apex...i recently build ur amp and tested with 8ohm 15" sub with +-56v dc and it was really good and clean and powerfull....i just have a quest about the bias current and the 2 pots what pot should i care about to have the appreciated bias current and how mush it should be (bias current)..i made i short video while testing it and here is the youtube link hope u enjoy 🙂 best regard and keep forward man peace 🙂

thank u sir..nut u didnt tell me about the bias detailes 🙂
20amps will be good to handle 2 channel

Thank very much Sir Mile for clarification.

Hi Mr. Apex, please help me, I'm assembling BA1200 but found a problem in the driver C5200/A1943 very hot, but not given the load and input signal.
Hi Mr. Apex, please help me, I'm assembling BA1200 but found a problem in the driver C5200/A1943 very hot, but not given the load and input signal.
Drivers must be on same heatsink with outputs, can you post pictures?
Someone please help in giving details setting up bias current and off set voltage for apex BA1200.
Nice detail.3mm screws to make sure the transisters are positioned correctly and not falls out
.... which is correct.
don't know, I'm no expert
may be differences coming from original curcuit showing fixed resistor value to give a figure
and actual practical curcuit having adjustable pot ... and end being close to the same, once adjusted
Thanks Mr. Tinitus,
A small doubt , in your photo the yellow circled res. you have shown value 1 k and in other it is 470 ohm, which is correct.
Resistor is 470R, offset Pot is 1K.
Is recommended when BA1200 is in bridge?
Use +/60V for BA1200 in bridge and U can use 4 Ohns load.

Okay, when compared with the apex H900 with voltage 120VAC 60 & BA 1200 .. with apex 60VAC bridge mode .. thanks in advance ..
