1 channel fades after a few minutes of playing - SSE

That green wire from the input connector ( ? hard to see where it is connected ) to chassis ground looks like a ground loop to me - at least it would be in anything I build ...

Are signal ground and signal reversed at the input RCA connectors?

Blue and white look to be signal, then they get split into green and white, and black, and then connected to signal ground.

Maybe I am looking at it wrong, but I am having trouble understanding that.

I think this was the issue. I had the signal ground and signal reversed. I rewired it last night and it seemed to have fixed the issue. Really appreciate all of the feedback and responses. This site is amazing. Here is a pic of the fixed wiring. not sure if I've every posted a pic of the final amp, so here it is as well.
