By googling i did find this one https://frugal-phile.com/boxlib/pensils/PensilP7HD-260520.pdf but its not on offical frugal phile site you can only find it by direct link. is it still ok for PLUVIA7HD.2 GEN ?

Also it doesnt show how the speaker sits on the cabinet is it on top of the panel or there is a contour done so the speakers sits in the panel like some people do it.

Site “official" links are way out of date. There are many plans hiding there, at Woden, and planet10-hifi have many plans only with links found here on the forum.
Nandape has done a broad range of these mass loaded voigts. Scott & i have done a couple of them for Fostex with exactly the same folding. If he has the modeling right they should be very good.diy-tqwtml-voigt-pipe-with-damp-duct

I am also working on P7HD plans, still grinding thru the CGR.
Check here as well, lots of Scott’s boxes that have not yet made it past the “sketch” phase. https://www.diyaudio.com/community/...-mark-audio-fostex-tb-dayton-seas-etc.323051/

Except for the first one, they are all Scott’s designs so solid. I didn’t realize that we had finished a BabyLab for the P7HD. That one should be in the unrealesed Big Baby Labs (which is intended to have a cost attached).
Scott has not been all that pleased with MA taking his raw sketches and publishing them as if ready for prime time.

I'm actually interested in the Pensil cabinet the most as its the most simple one to make.Except for the first one, they are all Scott’s designs so solid. But you said except the first one. But the first one is actually pensil cab plan. Or did you mean something else?Pensil is a solid design.

Oh you meant from that link ok i get it now 🙂
Not in the pdf i looked at from the link provided. An MA Bass Reflelx with my driver drawing used.

Why am I not surprised, he asks rhetorically.Scott has not been all that pleased with MA taking his raw sketches and publishing them as if ready for prime time.

Would it make a big difference if driver is sitting on top of the panel instead if sinking inside the contour of the panel?
Rebating for flush fit of bezels may not be important, but I’d suggest that chamfering the rear side of driver cut out certainly is.
Yes it does. Helps prevent early reflections back thru the cone which can be very annoying. One only needs to survey the great number of instances complaints have been fielded and adding the forgotten chamfer fixed things.
Nandape is too conservative… note the changes to his illustration. The chamfer should start right where the cone can be seen from the side thru the basket, the driver shown (looks like my FR125 drawing), there is a bit of a ring but in the Mark Audio for example, there is no ring, and the chamfer dhould start right away.
This is a pretty one, if you are using plywood the little bits left for the screws turn out to be unnecessary.
