The amplifier turns on, the green LED is on, it does not go into defense, but there is no sound in any channel, more precisely, if you bring the speaker to your ear, you can hear the music very quietly. Can anyone come across such a problem or have a circuit for this amplifier? If you need to take a photo, write.
Post a photo of the board.
It sounds like the muting circuit may be engaged.
Does your signal source have grounded RCA shields?
The diagram is available online but I can't find a free copy.

There are no RCA grounded shields.
In the spring, I replaced the original capacitors, as electrolyte leaked from them, but the tracks did not have time to get damaged.

Some alpine (and other amps) are sensitive to the shield grounding. I'd try either using a source with grounded shields (or ground the shields on your source).
I took it off the car and tried to turn it on at home from the computer sound card, nothing changed.
Do you read 0 ohms between the ground of your computer case and the ground of your 12v power supply?
What was the signal source that you used in the car?
Did you measure the resistance between the case ground and the 12 v PS ground?
Did you measure the resistance between the case ground and the 12 v PS ground?
The source in the car is a standard head unit. The resistance shows infinity, but I do not think that this is due to the grounding of the shield, since before that the amplifier worked perfectly both from a computer and in a car. Perry, tell me if you know a site where you can download a service manual or a circuit for this amplifier for money, if the price is low, I can buy it.
The RCA shield should read 0 ohms to the case of the head unit. If it doesn't, there is a problem.
RCA Shield Repair
If repairing the shields doesn't help, you can buy the manual below ($17US). There may be other sources so search if you haven't already done so.

Perry, I bought a service manual from your link, can I send it to you in private messages or can I post it here?
Got it. Yahoo sent it to the spam folder.
Did you try it in the car again after repairing the shield ground for the RCAs on the head unit?

No, I haven't tried, there's no time to get to the car yet.Did you try it in the car again after repairing the shield ground for the RCAs on the head unit?
Do you have any other signal sources other than the computer?
Is there any DC voltage on the RCA shields?
Is there any DC voltage on the RCA shields?
I am currently using an un-shielded RCA cable. Can there be problems because of this? When I changed the capacitors on it, I used the same cable and everything worked fine.
Is there any DC voltage on the RCA shields of the amp?
You can use speaker wire and it won't make a difference for testing.
