You have a big dip at 100 Hz - have you tried to switch polarity between the sub and the main?
The character the sound get when you leave out that region will be very strange in my experience.
At what distance do you measure - are all your presented data from the same position?

Hard to measure 100 hz but have test to shift polarity on "the sub"You have a big dip at 100 Hz - have you tried to switch polarity between the sub and the main?
In stereo listening its a big different with "the right polarity" on "the sub"
drivers are connected as my post showed before + the "sub"
From today, nowThe character the sound

Like when i started this tread, its like the drivers must have undertones. And how does that sound?
Hard to explain of course
Its impossible to understand what you mean and what you hear...
The "undertones" come from the tops I suppose you determined that?
Have your tried to use the REW RTA and SIgna generator to see f you can find the frequency that creates the "undertones"?
Run them together and watch the RTA and you slowly change manually the frequency of the sinus generator to see if any strange tones appear?
Set the mic at head position... it could be "educational" to listen in that position at the same time....

Superhard to hear from! Its impossible to understand what you mean and what you hear...

But something in this isent right, and it is the same measurement!
Flat but strange.

My "feeling" now after many hours is, thats it´s better now.
Coil on midrange is to hot to tutch, but sound getting "better"
Long (20 hours) hard playing with the Peerlees fls 0512 was maby needed just to get "the right" impression?

No driver should get hot - in home environment this shall never be neccesary. Distortion is high... how loud do you play? Is your levels in the presented measurements calibrated?

Notice that it was bad connection at xover for the 4 midranges, so thats why coil was real hot.( coil at xover)No driver should get hot - in home environment this shall never be neccesary. Distortion is high... how loud do you play? Is your levels in the presented measurements calibrated?
After fixing that normal temp over coil.
I play high level, around 105 dB tonight + peaks.
Mic was calibrated on measurement!
Maybe you have found one of the problems as you identified, distortion and inductor getting hot maybe its saturation at your high volume levels and is only just coping at 85-90 dB levels,
When it saturated it wont be much of an inductor anymore.
In VituixCad maybe if you temporarily set it as short it it will give you an idea of how it will affect the frequency response.
Whoops, just read you post about bad connection, so probably safe to ignore comments about saturating/overloading that inductor.

Yes, bad connection after all testing today.Whoops, just read you post about bad connection, so probably safe to ignore comments about saturating/overloading that inductor.
Longest "play in" time ever for me for a new midrange!
Will not say among the "top 3" yet, but they are very good overall and getting closer and closer.
And my assessment is tough, with high demands.
I still test a notch-filter at 1400 hz with my left speaker, but right is without 👍Whoops, just read you post about bad connection, so probably safe to ignore comments about saturating/overloading that inductor.
