in my case it's not enough. You see, I have a DAC with output transformers and my tech wired them in step down ratio (4:1). Doing this we lower output impedance but also the voltage.
I may present 2nd system in which M25 will be used (Tannoy 15'' speakers) but later
Is P102 the BFR or does that pot serve a different function? One of these days ill figure out how to use LTSPICE and see what this circuit is doing… in the meantime I will just continue to admire.
P102 is DC offset adjustment of the input buffers. BFR is only present in ZMs pletheora FE.
P101 is for input stage bias adjust.
Would it be a possible, or is it just a bad idea to drive a couple of matched THF 51S with something of this this principle?

I had been thinking about this sort of thing for a bit then i happened upon your post. Some kind of DC-coupled amp where the current sloshes back and forth between two symmetric stages. distortion in the rough sketch is 0.35% @ 10W and almost entirely -H3 (1kHz, LTSpice, perfect matching, etc..) which i guess isn't very desirable.
Should be possible to do this with choke-loaded source follower, but i haven't looked into it yet. distortion seemed worse.

oops. the uncharged input caps were shifting the Q point. reducing them to 2uF gives the correct results. with no other changes, distortion is actually 1% @ 6.5W and almost entirely +H3 (made a mistake reading the log). i could not edit my earlier post.

"problem" with my bikes is not really lack of energy, or even time ....... more matter of will..... or need
some bikers are commute riding, but majority is having bike to get away from everyday work and fillin' da batteries
me, doing for everyday work exactly what I like, I don't need my bikes to recuperate
so, really having only that time for bikes when nothing new is itching me to try it, or simply just producing anything what I already made
life is good
