Does this explain what generates gravity?

Ringworld has rockets ( drives ) that use feedback ( a PLL ) to maintain form. The issue with the mathematicians is that they fail to take into account "correcting forces" and they just look at the static (simple) model. This is where physicists tell the mathematicians to go drink a beer and let the grown ups figure it out.

Read Thomas Kuhn. "Normal" science is the "norm"... every so often you get a revolution in thought and the paradigm shifts.

This pace works best for the usefulness of physics in our society. It allows in depth analysis of the new models and spins off work that can be used in engineering. Engineers, after all, need a stable platform to work with and MBAs need a stable timeline to realize a ROI.

Larry Niven is a stupendous read.

Have you read Dan Simmons, Neil Stephenson, William Gibson, Ursula LeGuinn, China Mieville?

They represent the spectrum between Space Opera, Punk and Near Future....

According to RT our "cosmos" is a "gravitational" "higgledy-piggledy". Highly cutouted models do not represent anything.

Another approach to understanding "space" might be "volume" or "liter." Not THE volume or THE liter - misinterpretable as "material". Someone who claims that "space", or "spacetime", is "bendable", claims that "volume" or "liter" is also "bendable"-)

Symmetry breaks in the Real Universe: Consider Neutral Pion Decay

OK, I've considered it! 🙂

Neutral pions decay into gamma rays via intermediaries.

From what I can gather from a search, it is chiral symmetry that is broken in neutral pion decay.

The left and right hands of a human are chiral. A left hand is different from a right hand in the same way a left shoe is different from a right shoe - and you wouldn't want to get your shoes mixed up would you!

The particular symmetry that every particle can be replaced by its chiral counterpart can be violated. The neutral pion is its own anti–particle.

I hope I've got that right! 🤓

But no advantage . Just like tube amplifier

Now you've lost all credibility! 😍

Don't you know the RCA 5876 tube aided in the conquest of space?

Something about "stars" - or/and "tubes"-?

Awesome... thank you VERY MUCH for that link.

So, electric energy flows through the universe and at some points it runs into blobs of matter... and energizes the matter so it glows in a "photosphere".

There is no fusion within a star's matter, it is cold matter. Or rather the energy released by putative nuclear fusion within the core is not responsible for the light glowing from the star.

All objects with mass are so affected... even the Earth where we have an electro-magnetic field.

Questions then:

(1) Does the Earth's magnetic field arise for the rotation of a molted iron core? Or is the interaction of the core (anode) and the electric fields coming our from the Universe.
(2) How about planets with no magnetic fields? Why are they not affected? Do they lack the anode to complete the circuit?
(3) What keeps the core of a planet from imploding? What force is keeping it in place?
(4) Creation of higher order elements is created within a star's photosphere via plasma mechanisms ( free neutrons ).
(5) Could we create an EM drive for a spaceship?
(6) Can we tap into the energy coming from the Universe... is this what Tesla was all about, when he spoke about getting power from the atmosphere?
(7) Does this mean that wireless transmission of power is simply tapping into the electric fields coming in from the sky?

We still don't about gravity.

Hell, this TRULY CHANGES a lot of things... how we view the Universe. Even the Big Bang. Astrophysics surely changes here..

And this point out to Universe with an astrophysical sized circuit... just think what this means! Just think how this affects Gauss's Laws for Magnetism and Electric Fields.

The flux and no monopoles...
Think of the beyond-gargantuan scale that those equations now take! Recall that those are around an "arbitrary closed surface"... think of the mind boggling scale of that "closed surface" if we find out the "entire Universe is an electric circuit"

Wow...

Well, at least my education was not wasted... I can use it to change some assumptions... that's all.

I'm gonna do some research on "The Electric Universe", "Wall Thornhill" and "Kristian Birkeland"

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THAT LINK.

PS: So, the Plasmatronic Tweeter is indeed ahead of its time!

Did you watch the video? It's long but worthwhile. It talks about ASTROPHYSICS.

It talks about the Universe being an electric circuit and how this affects stars... specifically our Sun.

I don't need links to "electrophysics". I gave your Gauss' equations... should I give the CURL for the electric and magnetic fields? Which, BTW, are irrelevant for the notion that the Universe is an electric field... only the divergence ( flux and monopoles ) make sense since they are integrated over a closed area and if the ENTIRE Universe is a circuit, then you can image how absurdly large this area is....

More questions... if the Universe is indeed an electric field. Think... how are electric fields created? Normally we think in terms of electrons, but electrons have mass.

Yet don't see electrons flowing around empty space. So, what could carry these electric fields?

There are two types of waves we know ( per current measurements ) that travel at the speed ofl light, photons ( light, Xrays, etc.. ) and gravity ( gravitons ).
Could Gravity be somewhat tied in with the flow of current in the Universe? Does gravity have some sort of gravity-charge than can be "transformed" into an electro magnetic charge?

That would be a Unified Theory, huh?

Does the Plasmatronic Tweeter create gravity? Watch out, if you turn it up too loud it might become a Black Hole.

Yes, and I also watched the entire 50 minute video.

I don't care how cumbb describes things... it's the VIDEO that MATTERS.

Watch it. Otherwise don't pick on him, not on this one issue.

And, why do you call it "guff". It is the nature of Physics to change. Models and our interpretations change. looking at the Universe as an electric circuit works quite well.

Remember Telsa and his wireless power transmission? He was talking about transmitting current through the atmosphere via circuits... and also getting power from the sky.

It all works together quite well, you know?

Watch the video, it's long but worthwhile. Take notes.

Not just from the sky, but from the body of planet Earth.

Tesla's proposed new type of wireless energy transmission did not involve classical EM radiation, but consisted of what he called "Non-Hertzian Waves".

These "Tesla Waves" would consist of longitudinal standing waves set up in the body of planet Earth, the energy of which could be "tapped into" by consumers across the globe.

The real science of non-Hertzian waves is discussed here: https://www.capturedlightning.com/frames/Non-Herzian_Waves.html
