I have discovered that j3 dont have good connection so i fixed. For now when i power on laser are coming to cd trotle engine and gears are cracking. So i remove laser and powered again. Laser moving engine are going all the time , even when i push pushing switch near motor, no reaction i have measuered and it work good. Engine have no reaction on door switch, when i have pushing him i have 5v on midle j3.
Something is wrongly cabled, maybe reversed ... and you may have used in place of Q4 a pnp instead npn.
Please check cables, soldering etc

Yours catalog have 1k and it is bc848. I have found that 1kw transitor is bc848b NPN. So when i pushing doors swith i have on midle pin j3 5v. When dont i have 0v. This dont work corectly?
