which modification are possible to be made? No.
BTW, you can modify the A10.3 to be much less likely to need a filter (if you are onr who figures it is needed)
dave
Wouldn't "TQWT" or "BH with duct" be able to extend the bass better?
Dave,email me.

I bought 10.3 and want to buy a enclosure design.
I do woodwork for hobby (but not professional) so I can make simple design without problem.
Would you recommend one?
If you want to maximize bass, FHXL or Pensil. For a standmount there are my miniOnkens, the trapezoid a woodworking challenge (but well worth it IMO [i might be biased]), but includes quite a few other variations. For a more traditional reflex, Scott’s simple BR.
I don’t seem to have linked this page to the Woden homepage yet: http://wodendesign.com/Free.html )no more for the A10.3).
A10, A10.2, A10p specific boxes can be used as inspiration but are not suitable.
What do you look for in a speaker? Amp? Room? Constarints?

I use my audio system in a small living room. Mostly DIY tube amps(low output power). And I wish speakers reproduce details and sound stage.
I think I prefer floor standing but stand-mount styles are o.k too.
Several years ago I bought the Axiken design and built for my Axiom 201.
Thanks, Kim.

You don’t want to overload the room with bass, and if small FHXL footprint might be too large.
The trapezoid’s big asset is a low diffraction signature which contributes to good image/sounstage.
If your small amps are SETs with highisg Rout, you might want to look at something where it is easy to tune for that )often more stuffing).
Sensitivity is determined by the driver.

I 'm afraid that I will face much burden to make trapezoid design, but I want to try it.
Would you let me know how to get the design?
Kim.

I have built my Trapezoid Mar-ken 10.3 enclosure.
I like the sound. More details and balance than previously built TB W5-2143.
Here are some photos.

I think those boxes look very good indeed and with a table saw would be a very satisfying project.
What I did was simpler, I just built a pair of boxes, bass reflex boxes using the design criteria offered by Scottmoose who is somewhat legendary in his abilities in speaker design.

I didn't use the same dimensions but I did ensure the correct box volume and port dimensions which means the alignment is correct. I wanted a narrower speaker for aesthetic reasons and I chamfered the edges of mine for aesthetic reasons too. One of these days I'll post some proper information about my build but anybody who wants to make a box ('tofsound' ?) can make a simple bass-reflex speaker. There are plenty more examples of bass-reflex boxes for these drivers on the internet for those looking to make something simple albeit not as perfect as Dave's examples.
My boxes were finished with wood oil, using a rag and they have a green-grey colour but I've only got a B&W image to hand. The port is a section of 2" white plastic pipe from the local hardware store set in to a 2" hole in the back of the box.
These are really good drivers, I'm quite impressed with what I get from these speakers.

Lovely work. I am going to steal all your pictures.
Re Bigun’s comment. Scott’s monitor and the Mar-Ken 10p share the same volume, Scoyy’s is tuned lower (with a convential vent). The tuning for the A10.3 Mar-Ken means that it needs to be only 13 litres vrs the larger boxes 17 litre.
I expect Bugun’s reachs a bit lower but with not quite as much finesse (a guess).

A question: what support kit are you using?
And a comment: i hope you never have to change out the speaker wire.

Sorry, but what do you mean ‘support kit’?A question: what support kit are you using?

watched.
Thinking of a 10.3 pencil myself.
and quick comment on sibelius at end of 20 second video.
“What do you think ? Do you like the speakers ?”
“I’m not listening to the speakers. I’m listening to the music, it’s beautiful.”

My system is not fancy. Mostly built by myself but I’m not able to design amps nor speakers.source, amp, etc…
dave
Source(streaming, digital music files) : Raspberry pi + Volumio —> LKS DAC
Turntable: Dual 1019 + Denon/Shure/Golding MM cartridges
Phono preamps : tube, ss (supporting from DIY communities)
Line pre amps : tube, ss
Power amps : Tubes(300b SE, 6v6 SE, dynaco sca-35 etc)
Speakers : Axiom 201(Axiken), Totem one signature and some small sized modern fullrange units.
Speaker cable : Kimber 8tc, Gotham(diy)
Here are photos of recently built 300B SE (Tango ouput and FM 300B) and I think it matches good with 10.3.
