it'll be as usual with my concoctions, in two levels

first - just pcb with smd critters soldered on, so basically most critical parts; rest can be bought in nearest Grocery Store

second - full Monty, pcb with all parts (sans outputs), and "all parts" means - you choose which of 3 iterations you are going to build/try first

Don't worry about that, I can solder the little critters myself no problem
it will get annoying from 0402 and smaller though

Speaking of this amp build…I think a dedicated 4U/400 monoblock enclosure would be a good choice here. It should be good for <120W dissipation given max of +/- 35V @ 1.7A Iq.

Of course a stereo 4U/400 would be fine too if space is a premium.

5U/500 for stereo, if you want to exploit full potential of amp

4U/400 new monoblock case , if you don't need full blast

my friend made stereo in regular Dissipante 4U/400, with Iq of 1A and it works as bliss, with his sensitive and efficient spks

Yes, good points. My speakers are 96dB sensitive and are >5 ohm load overall. Looking forward to your final kit arrangements.
