Just completed a 4 box F5t
Once again I need to thank Nelson Pass for being generous with his designs and publications.
Thanks also to all the people on DIY Audio for their help in answering my sometimes dumb questions.
Exceptional build, congrats!
Could you post more pics in order to enjoy it more 🙂
Just piling on with the WOW!!!!!! Esprit, that is gorgeous work. It's clear you take pride in your design and assembly.

Esprit, what caps are you using in the amp and in the PSU? What caps in the PSU? Thx mate

Wow. Could you also post the specs of the transformer? Thanks.

BYW 99W200 diode's (cos I had some)
Mr Monaghan builds very nice toroids indeed.
He's my favourite supply.
Yeah, nice!
Esprit, did you follow any specific CLC schematic for your PSU?
Is the PCB for the diodes from the Universal PSU?

Nice job, 6sX7!
Wondering why all these 4 and 5 units UMS cases don't have deeper/wider fins for more cooling surface. The smaller inside would be a nice tradeoff instead of all that empty space inside that usually remains inside going for the next size while trying to increase heat sink estate.

Looks great!
When I see mono blocs I expect to see a heatsink on one side of each case.....lighter to carry around and should be MUCH cheaper than having a HS which is practically doing little cooling.

Or even better: make them balanced, utilising the 2nd side as well.

Problem is that you‘d need a customized front and a costom-made side-panel… le$$ is more so to say…

Alie has a lot of ready made cases with single sided heat sinks. Check them out... not universal mount UMS, though.
