Yes that layout was a copy of Prasi's layout but not the Bimo mod layout. If you look closely, you can see Prasi's name on the silk screen. I never built the Bimo mod one.
Aside from the change in transistors, what are the main differences between the "plain" original FX8 and the Bimo mod FX8?

I just saw the sch, 4.7 ohm is used as base stopper in this design. so you better use either 4.7 ohm single resistor or 2x parallel 10 ohm resistors.
