R9, C37 is the time delay RC.
Make sure that you have right values.
Increase the 47uf to 68-100uf to increase the time delay.

Hi...guys.....please upload Bom for 3bsst clone power supply as I Installed wrong transistors in this pcb which used in 4bsst power module . Circuit is same but pcb layout is different....or please let me know compatible transistor for c1815 with EBC pin configuration....

Witch pxb, if you don't post the pcb, how we will check for wrong placed transistors?

Schematic is same as my previous post which came with 4bsst clone power supply pcb.I recently bought PS+ speaker protection pcb for 3bsst but BOM was not received from my seller .As schematic apparently same as 4bsst I installed components in 4bsst .As delay is not working I tried to find cause for that and found to have that ,3bsst has been used transistor with different pin configuration instead of c1815(ebc in 3bsst)so please let me know compatible transistor for c1815 with ebc pin configuration...can I use bc547 .?

I'm going to use the Philips sq45 amp case.

I have a 6 band roederstein and draloric resistor, I will use 0.1 0.5 1 tolerance. These streets were also practiced in the original bryston. My pictures from some values
