Akita "AllInOne" Amp based on TPA325x PFFB+ and LLC PSU in one board.

Hi Cardone, nerone!

You who have the finished amps with box ...
Can you tell me if the card is on spacers, or plated to the case? for heat dissipation...
Thanks a lot a have nice day !!!!

:grouphug:

Buongiorno Mamocel, Nerone....🙂

as I just saw there are spacers.
I don't see any aluminum plate that is angular with the card ...
For me that means that the waste heat is derived from the case ...
The case is warm but not hot ...
That is only my assessment from the outside.
I would have to unscrew the front panel to see properly ...
Vitaly can certainly say something about that ...

I'm thinking of making a paypal transfer to him, so I'm happy with his amp!
A small gesture, so that he continues on a new project! 😉😉😉[/QUOTE]

Yes we should do that .....🙂
Vitaly did a very good job ...😉
Further projects should arise and make us happy ...😉

Thanks! nerone.

The photo of Cardone confirmed and reassured me in the way and the implementation ... Vitaly should have laid us a PDF or other, to understand all the hidden mystery of this card ...
But she walks so good !, my guitarist ears ... are so convinced

Thank you Cardone!
Vitaly had to insert an aluminum part to transfer heat to the case ...
mine, the chip is in contact with an aluminum plate which is the size of the pcb.
I tested it since yesterday .... no particular warm-up.
45 ° c approximately ...

:happy1:

Mamocel, how did you measure the temperature on the case?
For example with something like that?
