Congratulations to all the winners. I was really fun to follow along, and very hard not to put my name in. Looking forward to reading about the builds.

Hey, you won the lottery when you were conceived and birthed. 🙂
This forum is a good example how international exchange is beneficial for everyone and it is a joy to communicate in such a positive environment!
So true Martin! Cheers!!
To see may name on the list was quite a surprise, just to be able to participate was an adrenaline rush.
I have not been much for winning things in the past but I feel we are all winners here in a way. I would like to thank those responsible, Nelson, Jason, Jim, Mark and the mods. Also, a tip of the hat to Modushop manufacturing. Everybody that contributed has done so in a very admirable and gentleman manner. Give yourself a big pat on the back for a job well done.
Looking forward to the build thread and of course the construction itself. Great pleasure will come from listening to an amp I have made myself. Thanks again …Cheers to diyAudio!

Don't misunderstand me, but this whole thing was a little bit too much for me.
Apart of lack of money and too much unfinished project, this was the case why I have not participated.
I was strong enough at the last moments, when I could have press an enter to partcipiate.
Don't worry, I have two DIY Sony VFET amlifiers, what I love, amongst other ones.
And I know, this amplifier will not match very well to my precious QUAD ESLs.
Anyway, sometimes I would like to burning down these ones.
But these have some magic, which is prevent this action.
The whole lottery was perfect otherwise, the goal with suicide prevention was heartbreaking for me.
I wish a Covid free build time to all of the winners!

I just wanted to give sincere thanks to Nelson, Jason, Jim, Mark, and everyone else who made this all happen!! It's almost hard to put into words just how excited I am. I have long been into audio, but several years back on another forum one of our community members talked me into this whole diyaudio thing. I been having loads of fun ever since because of this site/community and all the wonderful people behind it, and a part of it. People from all over the world happily helping each other. This is what the internet was supposed to be. Once again, Thanks!!!
Thank you to everyone who participated in this historic event!

No, THANK YOU Jason! And the untiring support and generosity of our GodPapa Nelson

If not for bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all!

I was a little sad not to be a winner in the first draw but I have been motivated to dig out my Sissy Sit parts. I've forgotten just about everything about it so I'm trawling the threads again.
Good luck to the builders - don't let that precious smoke out! Take your time.

Can't believe my eyes... just checked the winners post and I won a kit!?!?!
It seem Christmas came early for me this year...
Well, I haven't even got the confirmation email yet, but many thanks to Nelson, Jason and all the good folks working behind the scenes to organize this - I know it is a bunch of work. Cheers to you all!
Really looking forward to building this and hearing how it sounds. Now the tough part... which front end??

Holy cow!
I won a slot. I don’t usually win things. Wow, and of course my email as listed was out of date. It’s since been updated.
Thank you everyone that put this together. Wow, just wow.

I guess whatever tickets were obtained for round 1 are valid for round 2 and there is no benefit to comment all threads hoping to get extra tickets?
Zero benefit to new comments after April 1st for anything to do with round 1, 2, 3... we definitely do not want to encourage people to make lots of low quality posts (which is one reason the "once per thread" idea came about).
Additionally, I don't think we will repeat this method in the future, because we don't want people to think that at some point in the future if they have made lots of one line replies in a lot of threads it will help them. But we DO want to encourage genuine participation, and "cross pollination" between areas of the forum so people can discover and enjoy new things.
How do you plan to handle the kits that become available because people back out when it comes time to pay?
If that happens, new winners will be picked using the same method and invited to purchase.
For some reason didn't get a reminder even though I put it in my calendar.
I probably only need a pcb though, so I guess I might be still good to go
Hey Pico! Please wait for the VFET-less batch 3, to be shipping probably in August, with a pre-order some months before that.
No ZM, pico is now in the US.
I agree ,the very swish looking VFET chassis would not be big enough for pico.

The plan for VFET-less kits is to offer them as batch 3, once the the dust has settled from batch 1 and 2.
Likely they will be available in August, and able to be pre-ordered some months beforehand. Details will be published as they are known.
this is encouraging!
Congrats to all the winners and job well executed by the organizers.
Thank you Jason for the opportunity!
