OK, here's a mug shot per KaffiMann's request, having some Free Flow IPA (Otter Creek Brewing in Vermont) while boiling up maple sap. Free flow...get it? I'll have boiled off maybe 5 gallons of water by the end of the day. First boil is always slow. Homemade boiler gets built then torn down every year.
And just to show I actually DO build audio gear, here's the power supply for kevinkr's Muscovite Mini IV phono stage, still in progress. Power supply is working well, still putting the signal case together.

"Alegro Viura 2019". Macabeo is an unusual variety for my taste, it reminds me of sea salt, grapefruit bitterness, a little yeasty taste, there are benzene tones like Riesling. It goes well with oranges. 2019 Alegro Viura | Vivino

Espresso. I over roasted my batch of Rwanda because I didn't keep an eye on it and it's worthless as coffee now. I added a teaspoon of citric acid to the water tank to cheat.
