Have already procured the transformer:

At present i have this cab on hand... thinking of using it for this build.

Actually i have two identical enclosures... only draw back, it has only one input provision.
am planning for a 4 way source selector... so, need to drill holes accordingly.

Mains filter, Transformer, Pre-amp module fitting done.
Drilling to be done on back panel and also front... waiting for RCA sockets.

Hydrovac actually assembled these quite a few days back and posted elsewhere. I asked him to post the updates here too. 🙂

Yes Gary... as quoted by Shaan, the build was actually done some time back and i am presenting the same in time lapse mode... 🙂

More on the build:
RCA socket holes drilled and Source selector board mounted...







Attenuator and source selector mounted.



Mains and secondary wiring connected... need to drill hole for Sig pot and for RCA out.

Try to cover this exposed metal with a piece of tape, it carries the Live connection!

I generally cover the whole power supply with shield to minimize interference...

Update:

To anyone getting the parts for the peeceebee preamp:

C27/28 can be 63V rated.

Input 1uF can be replaced with 2.2uF for a extra LF extension.

All trimmers can be 5Kohm.

I will add these to the BOM shortly.
